Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@freesolstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
